These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our parking reservation services (“Service”), including reservations made through our website, mobile application, or any other platform, with the purpose to park in one of our owned or operated parking facilities (the “Facility”). By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any amendments to the Terms and Conditions will be published at our website, nfldraftgreenbay.com.
Reservation and Payment
- All parking reservations must be made through our designated platform and paid in advance.
- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include applicable sales tax.
- When you provide your credit card details to complete your online booking, you are authorizing us to charge your credit card in the amount of the quoted purchase price.
- Reservations are only valid for the date and time specified during booking.
- No in-and-out privileges.
Cancellations and Refunds
- All sales are final and refunds will not be provided, unless otherwise communicated to you by us in writing.
- No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.
- If an event is canceled, rescheduled, or relocated, refund policies will be determined at our sole discretion.
Parking Rules and Regulations
- You must:
- comply with all posted signs, instructions, and applicable laws while using the Facility.
- park in your designated parking spot and must not obstruct other vehicles, driveways, or emergency lanes.
- drive carefully and responsibly in the Facility.
- lock and fully secure your vehicle.
- We reserve the right to deny entry, remove vehicles, or refuse service to anyone violating applicable law or our rules or engaging in disruptive behavior.
Liability and Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or vandalism to vehicles or personal belongings left inside vehicles.
- We are not liable for delays, closures, or disruptions due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Our total liability to you will be limited to a refund of the purchase price of the booking for any actions, damages, claims, liabilities, costs, expenses, or losses in any way arising out of or relating to the use of this Terms and Conditions, the use of our online booking system, and the use of the Facility.
- In no event shall we be liable for consequential, special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages, costs, expenses or losses (including without limitation, lost profits and opportunity costs). The provisions of this paragraph shall apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, statute, tort (including without limitation, negligence) or otherwise.
Special Event Parking
- Additional terms may apply depending on the nature of the event, which we will provide at the time of booking.
- Users must follow event-specific guidelines communicated by us before or during the event.
Prohibited Activities
- Overnight parking is allowed; however, the local municipality prohibits individuals from staying in their vehicles overnight.
- No camping or illegal activities within the Facility.
- No mechanical work, vehicle repairs, or unauthorized commercial activities.
Indemnity
You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless us and our officers, employees and agents from and against any and all losses, costs (including, but not limited to, litigation and settlement costs and counsel fees and expenses), claims, suits, actions, damages, liability and expenses, occasioned wholly or in part by your act or omission or negligence or fault or the act or omission or negligence or fault of your agents, subcontractors, independent contractors, suppliers, invitees, guests, employees, or servants in connection with this Terms and Conditions, the use of our online booking system, and the use of the Facility, including, but not limited to, those in connection with loss of life, bodily injury, personal injury, damage to property, contamination or adverse effects on the environment, intentional acts, any breach of this Terms and Conditions, loss of data, data security breach, and any infringement or violation of any proprietary right (including, but not limited to, patent, copyright, trademark, service mark and trade secret).

In order to process an online booking, we will collect and store personal information including your name, address, phone number, email, and license plate number. Your use of our online booking system or Facility or both indicates your consent to this process. As part of this process, you also will receive updates, promotional offers, and other marketing communications from us.
